Caring for your laundry

When we receive your laundry, we carry out the following audit process:

• Check the laundry identity
• Sort and count the linen
• Complete a detailed audit form
• Check for any stains and manually treat as necessary launder and iron the linen
• Check finished items against the audit form
• Pack linen in heat sealed bag (keeps the linen together & fresh)
• Relabel the packed bags
• Carefully store your clean linen ready for delivery or collection
